Mixtape Sync ist eine unabhängige App. Sie steht in keiner Verbindung zu Spotify, TIDAL oder anderen Musikdiensten und wird von diesen weder unterstützt noch gesponsert; deren Namen und Logos gehören den jeweiligen Inhabern. Zur Nutzung von Mixtape Sync brauchst du ein Konto bei einem unterstützten Musikdienst oder deinen eigenen Subsonic-kompatiblen oder Jellyfin-Server; für deine Nutzung dieses Dienstes gelten weiterhin dessen eigene Bedingungen.
Mixtape Sync legt Playlists bei deinem Musikdienst an und hält deren Inhalt mit den von dir gewählten Quellen synchron. Bei jeder Synchronisierung ersetzt Mixtape Sync den gesamten Inhalt dieser Playlists. Bearbeite sie deshalb bitte nicht von Hand: Manuelle Änderungen werden überschrieben.
Du nutzt Mixtape Sync auf eigene Verantwortung. Du darfst Mixtape Sync nicht verwenden, um einen Musikdienst zu verändern, zurückzuentwickeln oder zu stören oder um Wiedergabe- oder Follower-Zahlen künstlich zu beeinflussen, und du hältst die Bedingungen deines Musikdienstes ein.
Mixtape Sync Pro hebt die Grenzen des kostenlosen Tarifs auf und schaltet zusätzliche Regeln frei. Es wird über Google Play als Monats- oder Jahresabo oder als einmaliger lebenslanger Kauf verkauft; der Preis wird vor dem Kauf in Google Play angezeigt. Abos verlängern sich automatisch um denselben Zeitraum, bis du sie vor der nächsten Verlängerung in Google Play kündigst. Der lebenslange Kauf wird einmal bezahlt und gilt, solange Mixtape Sync Pro angeboten wird. Rückerstattungen und Kündigungen richten sich nach den Regeln von Google Play; zwingende Verbraucherrechte, einschließlich eines gesetzlichen Widerrufsrechts, bleiben unberührt. Verlierst du Mixtape Sync Pro, werden deine Smart Playlists nicht gelöscht; jene, die der kostenlose Tarif nicht abdeckt, werden pausiert, bis er sie wieder abdeckt.
Mixtape Sync wird „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt: Funktionen können sich ändern oder nicht mehr funktionieren, zum Beispiel wenn ein Musikdienst seine Schnittstelle ändert. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet der Betreiber nur für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit; gesetzliche Verbraucherrechte, die nicht ausgeschlossen werden können, bleiben unberührt. Die Musikdienste übernehmen für Mixtape Sync keine Gewährleistung und haften dafür nicht. Ansprüche im Zusammenhang mit Mixtape Sync richten sich gegen den Betreiber, nicht gegen einen Musikdienst.
Wenn du Mixtape Sync mit Spotify nutzt, ist Spotify Drittbegünstigter dieser Bedingungen und kann sie dir gegenüber unmittelbar durchsetzen.
Du kannst Mixtape Sync jederzeit nicht mehr nutzen, indem du in den Einstellungen die Verbindung trennst. Der Betreiber kann Mixtape Sync ändern, einstellen oder den Zugang sperren, zum Beispiel wenn ein Musikdienst den API-Zugang entzieht.
Es gilt österreichisches Recht unter Ausschluss seiner Kollisionsnormen. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Landes, in dem du wohnst, bleiben unberührt.
Mixtape Sync is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Spotify, TIDAL or any other music service; their names and logos belong to their owners. To use Mixtape Sync you need an account with a supported music service or your own Subsonic-compatible or Jellyfin server, and your use of that service remains subject to its own terms.
Mixtape Sync creates playlists on your music service and keeps their contents in sync with the sources you choose. On every sync Mixtape Sync replaces the entire contents of these playlists, so please do not edit them by hand: manual changes are overwritten.
You use Mixtape Sync at your own responsibility. You may not use Mixtape Sync to modify, reverse engineer or interfere with a music service, or to artificially influence play or follower counts, and you agree to comply with the terms of your music service.
Mixtape Sync Pro removes the limits of the free plan and unlocks additional rules. It is sold through Google Play as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase; the price is shown in Google Play before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel them in Google Play before the next renewal. The lifetime purchase is paid once and applies for as long as Mixtape Sync Pro is offered. Refunds and cancellations follow the rules of Google Play; mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory right of withdrawal, remain unaffected. If you lose Mixtape Sync Pro, your smart playlists are not deleted; those the free plan doesn’t cover are paused until it covers them again.
Mixtape Sync is provided “as is”: features may change or stop working, for example when a music service changes its interface. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is liable only for intent and gross negligence; statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected. The music services give no warranty for Mixtape Sync and are not liable for it. Any claims relating to Mixtape Sync are directed against the operator, not against a music service.
If you use Mixtape Sync with Spotify, Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you directly.
You can stop using Mixtape Sync at any time by disconnecting in Settings. The operator may change or discontinue Mixtape Sync, or block access to it, for example if a music service withdraws its API access.
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected.
